RHW CPAs is a Certified Public Accountants firm focused providing specialized services based on each client’s specific needs. Meet our Team

Alexis Romine, Staff Accountant

Alexis joined our firm in 2020 after earning a business degree in Accounting at Ohio University. She currently works one on one with many clients in different industries, and helps them with their bookkeeping and payroll. She has experience with both Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. She also plans to get her CPA to expand her knowledge in accounting, and further her career here at RHW CPAs.

Amy Heck, CPA

Amy is originally from the Dayton, Ohio area. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a double major of Accounting and International Business. She also received her MBA from the University of Dayton.

She moved to Columbus in 2012 and became a CPA in 2013. She currently resides in Galloway and enjoys everything about being a CPA.

Chea Romine, CPA

Chea Romine, CPA, brings a diverse background in tax, financial, and business consulting experience to his role as a Certified Public Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Ohio and earned his bachelors degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University.

In addition to his fifteen years of tax and accounting experience, Chea effectively assists business clients in strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, forecasting needs and securing new funding.

Cory Cooper, Director of Accounting

Cory was born and raised in Circleville. After living in the Columbus area for many years, Cory, his wife Haley and their three children moved back to Circleville. Cory is a graduate from the University of Toledo and spent 10 years in Corporate Finance. Cory enjoys spending time with family and friends, all the sports and a slew of outside sports.

Jennifer Breeze, Staff Accountant

Jennifer Breeze may be new to RHW CPA’s but she has over seven years of experience of bookkeeping services such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, sales tax, and preparations of bank reconciliations and financial statements. Jennifer’s free time revolves around her adorable dog, Eleven, and Dodgers baseball.

Joseline Madrazo, CPA, CFP

Joseline has a long history of working for several CPA firms in accounting and tax. In addition to being a CPA, she’s also a CFP. Joseline is quick to adapt to the ever changing business environment and tax laws. She is excellent in the area of tax preparation and enjoys challenging accounting and tax problems.

Joseline appreciates nature and enjoys being outside most of the time. Going to the gym is also her favorite past time.

Kristen Story, Client Services

Kristen has over 10 years of customer service and is currently enrolled in classes to obtain her Master Degree in Accounting.
In Kristen’s spare time she likes to cook, read, ride her horses, and work in my garden. Kristen also volunteers for her daughter, Joleen, 4H projects.

Logan Rowe, Director of Business Development

Logan is the director of business development and joined the firm in 2018. She uses her background in account management and marketing to develop and coordinate plans to increase existing business and capture new opportunities.

Lorena Biggs, Office Manager

Lorena attended Healds College. She has been office manager for 15years. Lorena is always ready to assist with any project and make sure that the client’s needs are always taken care of.

Clients are drawn to her for her upbeat personality and her positive attitude. Loves the outdoors and being with family.

Lori Abele, CPA

Lori is a CPA who started her audit career at Deloitte. She became Vice President at Bank of America while working at various finance and accounting divisions and subsidiaries, both domestic and international. Lori joined Porter & Yee over 20 years ago to assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and bookkeeping for a variety of businesses, including nonprofits. Her idea of a perfect day is doing anything, anywhere, in Napa, Ca.

Makenzie Romine, Staff Accountant

Makenzie Romine graduated from Ohio university with a double major in business accounting and entrepreneurship. She is currently studying to finish her CPA to become a certified public accountant.

Mark Solorzano, EA

Mark graduated from California State University East Bay with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He subsequently completed several graduate level courses in Taxation and participated in the university’s Tax Clinic. This gave him his first real world experience in tax research and client representation. He became a licensed tax preparer in 1994 and has been enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service since 2000.

Mark has broad experience working with individual, fiduciary, and small business clients. In addition to tax return preparation, he works closely with his clients throughout the year to help them plan and make the best decisions from a tax perspective. He enjoys establishing and maintain long-term working relationships with his clients that often continue to the next generation.

Nancy Quesada, Payroll Specialist

Nancy is a recent addition to the firm. Nancy comes to us with over a decade of experience working with California payroll for small businesses. She has previously worked as a bookkeeper in the areas of account receivable and account payable.

Neal Schadler, EA

Neal has prepared taxes for over 30 years. In addition to holding a BS in Accounting he is licensed by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent. He attends tax, accounting, and management classes to keep abreast of the ever changing tax laws and accounting regulations. He is a member of several professional associations. Neal enjoys riding his bicycle and spending time with his grandchildren.

Phil Winslow, CPA

Phil Winslow is a California CPA. His experience includes being an Internal Revenue Agent with IRS, a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University, and over 30 years in his own CPA practice.
Phil’s focus is on forward cash flow and tax planning with businesses, individuals, estates and trusts, to enable clients to achieve their business and life objectives. Phil lives in Walnut Creek, CA with his wife and cute white Maltese puppy.

Richard Morisky, JD

Richard recently joined the firm. He has been practicing for over 30 years in the tax area, primarily individual, partnership and corporate taxation. Dick received his Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of California at Berkeley. After service as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, he obtained his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of law. Dick loves to build client relationships. After passing the California bar exam and obtaining his CPA certification, he worked as a partner at national/international accounting firms. Dick has served as President and Member of the Lafayette School Board and serves as Director and Treasurer of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of NAIOP; a national real estate organization. In his spare time, you can find Dick skiing and cycling with his wife Cathy. They have most recently taken up pickle ball.

Rosana Leadebal, Accounts Receivable

Rosana is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She has a Master’s Degree in HR. Rosana has extensive experience as an administrative assistant, in human resources and bookkeeping.

She enjoys working with people, she’s always willing to learn something new and to share the Brazilian culture. When not working, Rosana can be found working out or doing outside activities. Her idea of perfect day is spending the day at the beach.

Ryan Wilson, Operations Manager

Ryan is originally from Columbus, OH. She is married to Steve Wilson. Ryan holds a dual degree from Bowling Green State University in Psychology and Sociology, and completed her Master’s degree in Sociology from Marshall University. Ryan is the Operations Manager for RHW CPAs.

Outside of RHW CPAs, Ryan volunteers on a multitude of different executive boards, which include the BGSU Swimming & Diving Alumni Board, Ohio High School Swimming & Diving Executive Board, as well as the Alpha Phi Rho Chapter House Corporation Board.

Tracey Voeller

Tracy is a recent addition to the Firm. Through years of various experience in her pocket, Tracy is great at filling in where needed. She assists with bookkeeping, payroll, A/R, and A/P.

 

 

Pair your MFA device to your RHW Client Portal

NetStaff CS MFA setup instructions
1. Log in to NetStaff CS.
2. Select your name near the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Manage Multi-factor Authentication.
3. Select Add Option to set up MFA.
4. Enter your password and click Enter to launch the setup wizard.
5. On the Multi-Factor Authentication Setup screen, click Get Started.

How to pair a mobile app
1. When prompted to choose an MFA method, select either Use Thomson Reuters Authenticator or Use a third-party multi-factor app and click Next.
2. On the Download and install screen, click Next if you have already installed an MFA app. If not, return to the Choose your MFA device section in this article.
3. On the Scan Code screen, open your mobile app and tap Settings > Add Account (or the plus sign) to open your device's camera to scan the QR code. If you need to enter a code instead, the Setup Wizard will time-out and give the option to do this.
4. After pairing via QR code or entering a code, your computer will say the pairing is successful and you will be able to name your now-paired device. This is helpful if you pair multiple devices to your account.
